A new year, which means some of you will set new goals, and ideals you would like to work on. Some goals will be the same, if not similar ones from the last year. So instead of doing the continuous cycle of start, give up, and then restart. Let’s stop!
2020 gave us many lessons, especially how to go about managing our time better. When we wish to start anew, we see so many things and develop that mantra “we can do better,” however, what really happens is that we overload ourselves. So how about you comb through the old list, before writing a new one, and pick one item from it. I know it may not seem like a lot, but that one new avenue you going to be exploring, something you will be carving out time for in your everyday routine. It's something new, something you have to learn and build upon, and something that will take time. That right I said it time, and we never truly know how much, until we dive into the unknown.
